    Between approximately 8:50am ET on Monday to 1:00pm ET on Tuesday (February 13th), we failed to calculate income for wage earners, self-employed borrowers, and rental income. This incident was caused by a software deployment that was reverted on Tuesday, and we recalculated the income data for the affected Books on Wednesday (February 14th).
