We experienced a period of degraded transaction processing performance affecting several processors, including Shift4/Credorax, Chase Salem and Tampa, and Elavon Esiop and Nova. During this time, some merchants may have experienced increased transaction declines, particularly for contactless transactions. The issue was caused by a recent deployment, which has now been fully rolled back. Transaction processing is expected to have returned to normal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
