NetNV Outage History

A major power outage is currently affecting a large number of customers throughout the Reno area. We are actively investigating an issue at our Downtown Reno Data Center that is impacting portions of our backup power infrastructure. As a result, we are experiencing a localized network outage affecting a small subset of customers in the Reno market. A majority of our other data centers and POP locations have successfully transitioned to backup power and remain fully operational. At this time, those facilities are functioning normally and continue to provide services without interruption. We are continuing to monitor for other failures. Our team is actively working to restore full redundancy and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.

We have identified an issue with some infrastructure in the South Reno area. Customers may experience intermittent or complete loss of service. We are currently dispatching technicians but due to weather, access to the site may be delayed. No ETR at this time. We will provide updates as soon as we can.

We are still working to restore services. ETR 4-5 hours.

We are currently investigating an outage in the North Reno Area. This may affect customers in the surrounding areas as well. There is no ETR at this time.
