MOREnet staff have identified or have been notified of an issue that may impact your services. Fortiguard is currently experiencing an issue with one of their DNS Servers which may be causing issues with internet traffic and content filtering. We are working on a resolution at this time. Once a resolution is found, we will apply all necessary changes to restore services and will update accordingly.

Co-Mo Connect is experiencing a fiber issue causing a service outage on the below listed circuits. Technicians are currenting troubleshooting the issue. A splice team has been dispatched. No ETR has been given as of yet. Updates will be provided as given by the provider.

A Level 2 escalation has been initiated with the partner provider to obtain an update on fiber fault isolation and progress toward repair.

Splice crews are onsite, and teams are preparing to conduct additional light level testing to further pinpoint the precise location of the failure.

There was a drop in connectivity through a MOREnet vendor resulting in a disruption in traffic of about 3 minutes. We are investigating the reason for this incident.
