We are currently investigating a downtime affecting OTP delivery to phone numbers. This is impacting phone number verification during onboarding on the Mono Dashboard, phone number lookup, and phone number verification on Mono Prove. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are actively working with our provider to resolve the issue and will provide an update as soon as the service is fully restored. NB: Please note that Email delivery works as expected for Prove verification.
