The issue has been resolved, and payouts scheduled for May 27th will be delayed by one business day. All payouts scheduled for May 28th and subsequent days will land as expected. Status: Identified Engineers have identified and working to resolve an issue impacting Mindbody Payments customers. At this time, Merchants are unable to access the payments portal via the drop-down menu when clicking on their name in the upper right corner. Merchants can however access the payment portal through the POS screen by clicking "More" and selecting "Payments Portal" from that drop-down menu.
