We're aware of an incident that is causing some webhooks for Email API events to be delayed. We are investigating.

During a database migration operation, a database became overloaded, resulting in the loss of Email API events. Between 22:00 and 22:45 PST, webhooks for Email API events were not sent. The issue has been corrected, and we are monitoring the affected systems.

We have identified an issue with delays in email delivery. The emails are in our queues and not lost. We have fixed the issue. There is still some backed up email that we are delivering as quickly as possible.

A significant portion of the outbound email was temporarily blocked between 14:10 UTC and 14:25 UTC. The filter has been fixed, and we are processing normally now. This was caused by the introduction of a bad rule, which was quickly detected and reverted.
