We've identified an issue which is preventing some items from loading on the customer portal and some exchanges from being submitted. The root cause is currently under investigation.

Errors have subsided. Tighter validation in a downstream service resulted in failures on some endpoints which populated items on the customer portal. That issue has been resolved and items should now load on the portal.

While we have resolved the issue preventing items from loading on the portal, we have seen new error crop up for a subset of these orders as taxes are being calculated for exchanges. This prevents returns for this subset of orders from being submitted.
