    USPS Labels are failing address validation. The issue has been identified.

    The incident has been resolved and all labels will be retroactively generated.

    EasyPost USPS Account is Missing from some merchant accounts.

    USPS account will not be visible in the Loop admin. This will cause Loop to fallback to other carrier options if available or fail to generate labels. Issue has been identified and a remediation is in progress.

    Labels will fail to generate with USPS until the USPS account is readded.

    The issue has been clearly identified. USPS will be removed from the available carrier options upon visiting the Shipping page in the Loop admin. If you do not visit this page, the USPS carrier account is still in your Loop EasyPost account and USPS labels will still generate. Once a fix is deployed to prevent USPS account deletion you can visit the page. In the interim, avoid going to this page to prevent label generation errors. Any label generation errors will be remediated once a full fix is deployed.

    USPS will no longer be deleted from the Loop admin. Label regeneration is occurring now.
