    Incident Summary This morning, a small number of customers experienced a short period of downtime for their Litium applications hosted in Serverless Cloud. Timeline - 15 September 2025, 15:20 – An incorrect configuration was introduced during a routine update. - 17 September 2025, morning (UTC) - Automatic scaling moved some customers to new underlaying infrastructure. This caused a limited set of applications to restart and become unavailable. - 17 September 2025, 10.00-11:45 - Services were automatically restored after configuration was corrected. Only environments that had not been restarted since 11 September 2025 were affected. Impact The downtime affected a small portion of customers. Services were automatically restored after configuration was corrected. Next Steps We have adjusted our update process to ensure that similar configuration issues do not cause interruptions in the future.
