We are currently experiencing a storage-related issue affecting storage file access in Serverless Cloud. Impact: Customers may see missing or failing media assets (such as product images and other file-based content), and some operations or applications that depend on this storage (for example the CLI) may be degraded or temporarily unavailable. Other platform functionality that does not rely on this storage continues to operate as normal. Our team is investigating the issue in the storage layer to identify the root cause and implement a solution. We will provide an update latest by 09:00 CET. We apologize for the inconvenience.
