    We are currently investigating an issue that is preventing some clients from managing product recommendations within the Listrak Platform. This is not impacting email sends at all. This is only preventing the ability to edit or create new merchandise blocks.

    Issue has now been resolved. The Product Recommendations user interface is now functioning as expected.
