Following the earlier service degradation, we are currently investigating an issue affecting some card and digital wallet purchases, including Apple Pay and Google Pay. In some cases, transactions may appear as successful and funds may have been charged by the bank or payment provider, but the corresponding balance is either not yet credited to the Kraken account or is not yet available for trading. Our engineering teams are actively working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In addition to card and digital wallet purchases, some balances from Bank Transfer transactions may also be temporarily withheld. While transactions may appear as successful, the associated funds may not yet be credited to your Kraken account or available for trading. Our engineering teams are actively investigating the issue and working to restore normal functionality as quickly as possible.
