We are aware of a problem where Datto Networking D200 devices may intermittently fail to check in, resulting in false‑positive offline email alerts. Please note: The observed issue is cosmetic and does not affect the functionality or performance of the device. The Kaseya R&D Team is investigating the issue and working towards a resolution.
