We’re currently investigating an issue affecting Jobs, which may impact some users when attempting to access Jobs for Clients who do not have a phone number on file. Our team is actively working to identify the cause and minimize disruption. As a temporary workaround, adding a phone number to the Clients contact details will allow these Jobs to load successfully. The Jobber App is also unaffected and can be used to access Jobs. We’ll share updates as soon as we have more information.
