Google has identified the issue and are working towards a resolution. We have noticed that many servers have become available again and some sites should be functioning. We will continue to let you know of updates as we gain more information.

Google implemented a fix, and we've been monitoring the situation for the last couple of hours. Connectivity has remained stable during that time, so we are going to close out the incident.
