IronTree has had an influx of calls relating to clients not being able to RDP to their systems. We are investigating the issue and will update this page with progress.

We have identified the issue relating to the AV system on machines blocking RDP connections, we have implemented a fix for this temporarily that will allow users to RDP. Please test and if you still have an issue contact [email protected].

We have picked up a few servers that have not automatically sync'd the AV changes, we are resolving these on a case by case basis.

The firewall issues involving the AV have had a temporary fix applied. We are working on finding the route of the issue with our vendor and we will be doing a full incident report once all the information has been gathered. IronTree unfortunately relies on some third party vendors for our solutions and in this case they have dropped the ball. We sincerely apologize for the affect this has had on your business and we will continue to refine our system to minimize events like this in the future.
