Update timeline

As a reminder, Chase has announced an update to the rate sheet retrieval process. It requires an update to the current Investor credentials and credential maintenance process in ICE PPE. Users must now add their 5 digit alpha numeric Client CodeorCCodein the Company ID field of the investor found on the ICE PPE dashboard. This is in addition to the current Login and Password in place (do not remove). To avoid pricing retrieval issues, please update on or before 5/5/2026. Knowledge Article #000116575
