Chase has announced an update to the rate sheet retrieval process. It requires an update to the current Investor credentials and credential maintenance process in ICE PPE. Users must now add their5 digit alpha numeric Client CodeorCCodein the Company ID field of the investor found on the ICE PPE dashboard. This is in addition to the current Login and Password in place (do not remove). To avoid pricing retrieval issues, please update on or before 5/5/2026. Knowledge Article #000116575

Effective May 1, 2026, we will be Disabling and Removing the programs that have the loan amount in the name of the program. This has been an ongoing project and the 3rd notice of the removal. Please ensure you have the below setting enabled for the Investor, if you want to continue to use the special pricing for the specific loan amounts. It will apply as the loan amount changes.
