Insurity is aware of the PHP2Shell vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619), which were publicly disclosed on October 21, 2026. When the vulnerabilities were disclosed, our teams completed a thorough review of all Insurity systems to check for potential exposure. We took immediate action to reduce risk by putting protections in place through our Web Application Firewall (WAF). We finished full patching and remediation of the impacted environments on the morning of October 22, 2026.
