Instructure experienced a minor incident on February 6, 2026 affecting Canvas Mobile, lasting 6m. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. Desktop version of Canvas is fully operational, and currently authenticated customers can access our mobile apps without errors.
