We are investigating reports of an issue affecting the use of certain characters in the ticket comments fields. Workaround: You can type up notes in another field or text editor, such as Word or Notepad, and copy the text into the comments field. The rest of the platform remains operational. We are working to identify the problem and will update you soon.
