The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Background task processing has been fully restored and the Hoxhunt Sense product is back to normal operation. The issue was caused by a database connectivity problem that resulted in task processing workers becoming saturated. We applied an emergency fix and cleared the backlog of pending tasks. We apologise for any disruption this may have caused.
