Is Hoxhunt down?

We are currently investigating a delay in Automation processing in the Sense product, caused by a congestion in background task processing. Please note that this issue only affects the Sense product and no other products are impacted. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue.

The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented.

Background task processing has been fully restored and the Hoxhunt Sense product is back to normal operation. The issue was caused by a database connectivity problem that resulted in task processing workers becoming saturated. We applied an emergency fix and cleared the backlog of pending tasks. We apologise for any disruption this may have caused.

Hoxhunt is currently facing email delivery issues which our technical teams are working to fix. Normal adaptive phishing training simulations are delayed as the delivery attempt will be re-tried if the delivery is not successful (in these instances our system automatically deletes the errored delivery attempts and user statistics are not affected.) Customers in Google environments are not affected by this. Threat forwarding emails are not affected by this as they are sent in the user's context. Affected flows: -Incident escalation emails (delivery will be re-tried automatically but some delay might occur) -Automated technical testing emails (not re-tried) -Magic links for signing in (not re-tried) -Email verification emails (not re-tried) -Welcome emails for starting the training (not re-tried for self-onboarding flow via game.hoxhunt.com/begin)

This incident has been resolved.

We are aware of an issue affecting the Hoxhunt add-in on Outlook for Android version 5.2623.0. Users on this version will be unable to use the add-in, as it fails to load due to a Microsoft Office.js initialisation error. This appears to affect all Office add-ins on this version, not just Hoxhunt. Impact: Users running Outlook for Android version 5.2623.0 cannot report phishing simulations or emails via the Hoxhunt add-in. Root cause: This is caused by a regression in Microsoft's Outlook for Android release 5.2623.0. The issue has been reported to Microsoft and is being tracked on the Office.js GitHub issue tracker. Workaround: If possible, downgrade to Outlook for Android version 5.2617.1 or earlier, where the add-in works as expected. We are monitoring the situation and will update this page when Microsoft releases a fix.

Microsoft has confirmed a fix for this issue. The fix is included in Outlook for Android version 5.2624.0, which is currently rolling out and is expected to reach full availability by Friday, 27 June 2026. Recommended action: Update Outlook for Android to version 5.2624.0 once it becomes available on your device. In the meantime, users still on version 5.2623.0 can downgrade to version 5.2617.1 or earlier as a workaround. We will update this page once version 5.2624.0 has reached full rollout and the issue is confirmed resolved.

Microsoft has released Outlook for Android version 5.2624.1, which contains the fix for the bug that caused all Office add-ins to stop loading. The update is currently rolling out and may not yet be available on all devices. Full availability is expected by end of day today, Friday 27 June 2026. Please note: After updating, add-ins may not appear immediately in Outlook. If the Hoxhunt add-in is not visible straight away, please wait a few minutes and restart Outlook before contacting support. Recommended action: Check for updates to Outlook for Android via the Google Play Store. If version 5.2624.1 is available on your device, please update at your earliest convenience. We will post a final update once the rollout is complete and the issue is confirmed resolved for all users.

This incident is now resolved. Multiple of our customers and users have confirmed that updating to Outlook for Android version 5.2624.1 restores full functionality of the Hoxhunt add-in. Please note: After updating, add-ins may not appear immediately in Outlook. If the Hoxhunt add-in is not visible straight away, please wait a few minutes and restart Outlook. Recommended action: If you have not yet updated, please install Outlook for Android version 5.2624.1 or later via the Google Play Store. We thank you for your patience during this incident. We have identified an issue that causes all link-based training packages (XSAT) to not be accessible even if the package is published correctly. When trying to access a link-based training package, the following message is shown: Training not available! The training is either not yet available or has already expired. Our developers are working on an immediate fix for this issue.

This incident has been resolved.

We have identified an issue with user pages on User Management. While the user lists are still viewable, whenever you try to open an individual user's page, the following error is shown: Response not successful: Received status code 400 We are investigating the issue and we will provide updates as soon as we have them.

As an addition to the user pages, the Agents page under Automations was also affected This issue is now resolved and both user pages under User Management and Agents page under Automations now load.
