From about 1:10pm AEDT today, a background data sync caused a slowdown that affected HotDoc. During this time, the website, patient app and clinic access may have stopped working or been very slow. Current status We've identified the cause and paused the affected sync. Services are recovering, and queues are recovering. Customer may continue to still experience some delay while we clear the backlog. We'll post another update as soon as we have more information or the issue is resolved.
