Resolved after 2 hours 3 minutes, affecting Shared Hosting servers (UH), on June 9, 2022.
The server is on new hardware. Websites have been checked randomly and they all work. Should anyone see any issues with their websites, please raise a ticket, which we can review

The shared server wasp.xssl.net is showing a hardware fault, due to which its chassis is being swapped. Replacement server has been set up, onto which the accounts have been copied over. At 12 noon, we'll turn off services on the old server, and do a final sync of files and databases to the new server. The IP addresses of the old server will then be assigned to the new one so no changes will have to be made to the installation, plugin or DNS from customers' side.
