If your LinkedIn Page is already disconnected, you will still need to re-authenticate it to restore service. This temporary fix is designed to make that re-authentication more stable and prevent future disconnects. We are continuing to monitor the ongoing service disruption affecting X Direct Messages. Our team has confirmed this issue is related to a recent change in X's platform, specifically their new encrypted chat feature, which is preventing new DMs using the new feature from being received by Hootsuite Inbox 2.0.
