We are experiencing a service disruption with Hiring Assistant within our US and EU regions. This affects our HireVue Hiring Assistant services within the US and EU for all customers. Hiring Assistant chat widgets are failing to load, so candidates will not be able to interact with the chat widget. We are making every effort to reduce the impact and length of the disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding. A progress update will be shared by 1:30 pm MDT. Individual system components are listed below.
