We are experiencing a service disruption with some Live Interviews within our US, EU, US Only - GovCloud region. AWS is experiencing network connectivity issues primarily in the east coast of the United States, which is impacting our Live Interview services within the region. Some customers may experience the following: - Long time to join a Live interview, or not able to join a Live interview (the retry button might work or might fail) - Live interviews may not be recorded - Live coding documents may not be saved We are making every effort to reduce the impact and length of the disruption. The team is working with AWS to resolve networking delays causing these issues. In addition, We've identified a small number of affected interviews, amounting to less than 2% of interviews conducted since the incident began (around 7 am MT).

This issue has been resolved. We do not expect to see any more issues in Live interviews related to this incident. We will continue to monitor the situation and update in the case of any unexpected occurrences.

We've mitigated the impact of this incident. We will continue to monitor, and our team continues to work on strengthening the stability of Live interviewing services to prevent this from occurring again.
