We are experiencing a service disruption with our API, Candidate UI, and Evaluator UI components within our US region that began within the last hour. We are experiencing issues with our backend search capability that is causing degraded performance with our public API, Candidate UI, and Evaluator UI. Search error rates are being held to under 3% (peak) and slowly dropping. We anticipate issue resolution in the next hour, perhaps longer. We continue to monitor as our search cluster is cycling and full capacity restored.
