We are experiencing a service disruption with our Hiring Assistant chatbot. Beginning Nov 8 at approximately 1:30pm MT, we experienced an authentication failure between the ATS Connector and the Hiring Assistant chatbot. Since that time, the chatbot has not ingested any new candidates or job reqs for affected customers. We are making every effort to reduce the impact and length of the disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding. Individual system components are listed below.
