    Evaluator Tool Failure - Video Playback Since approximately 12:18 am MST, the HireVue Evaluator Tool has been unable to play video recordings. Investigation is underway.

    Investigation has revealed that some candidate interviews are also affected. If the position has Intro/Outro videos attached, there is a high risk the interview breaks.

    We have identified the issue causing the failure of downloading video content on the backend within the HireVue system. The Evaluator tool and candidate interviews are working again. We will continue monitoring closely
