    We are experiencing a service disruption with Assessments scoring within our EU region. EUprd stopped scoring new Assessments interviews around 6PM (Mountain time) January 23rd. The team has identified the root cause and has made a fix to resolve it. We are working through a scoring backlog and the team is making every effort to reduce the impact and length of the disruption. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we thank you for your understanding. We estimate this will be fully resolved within several hours. We will continue to update here as we continue to work through the backlog. Individual system components are listed below.
