HireVue experienced a minor incident on April 4, 2025 affecting Evaluations and Evaluations and 1 more component, lasting 2d 20h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

We are investigating reports of a subset of users receiving an error message when viewing candidate video interview responses via an ATS link or guest link. As a temporary workaround, users can log directly into their HireVue account to view candidate video interview responses.
