    We have identified the issue and are currently deploying a fix to restore app access for affected users.

    We have restored access for affected users in most regions. Syncs and background jobs are not impacted and continue processing normally.

    This issue has been resolved. Affected users should now be able to log back in to the app. Syncs continued running normally during this time, as the issue was limited to the web interface. We apologize for the disruption and appreciate your patience.
