The website search facility on www.hw.ac.uk is experiencing large traffic spikes and filtering has been implemented whilst the issue is further investigated, the software supplier is actively working to resolve issues.

The software supplier is monitoring the traffic filter from certain locations. There are still reports of genuine traffic failing to access search results with the error message 'Error: Failed to fetch'. The filters will be further refined and we will update on this status message when this is set up.

Investigating issues with SharePoint web pages, inconsistent behaviour with draft versions. Issue raised with external SharePoint support partner who have confirmed issues with other organisations, ticket is being raised to Microsoft.

We are currently experiencing an air-conditioning issue that requires the shutdown of some services including HPC (DMOG). We are working to restore them as a matter of urgency and will update this page with updates. Apologies for the inconvenience.
