   We are sending out this message to notify all clients of a planned upgrade, which will involve some system downtime, on this upcoming Friday, August 1st. The maintenance window will begin at 8PM (Central) and is scheduled to conclude at 10PM (Central). We will keep you up to date as the maintenance occurs on this status page. During this outage, users will be unable to access both the tablet and dashboard applications. This upgrade will involve upgrading all components of the Graphium EMR system, and will include numerous bug fixes and feature updates (to be announced at a later time.)    Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

   We have applied the upgrade across the infrastructure and are currently verifying that the systems are operating as expected. We will notify you once the upgrade is complete.
