Integration Services Maintenance

Update timeline

   We will be performing an upgrade on our integration components Thursday evening starting at 7PM (Central). The maintenance window is expected to last until 9PM (Central). During this time, our integration endpoints will be unavailable to users who are pushing ADT messages to our system. Messages will be queued by the sending entity and should be delivered once the system is back up, resulting in no loss of data. You may not see new encounters or updates to encounters during this time. Tablet and dashboard services will not have any downtime. If you have any questions, please contact us at [email protected].

   Note: We have updated the maintenance window to 8:00PM to 10:00PM Central.

   Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.

   Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

5. completed Oct 10, 2014, 01:20 AM UTC

   Our maintenance has completed. Note: we are still performing maintenance verification and will provide an all clear once it is complete and services have been restored. Update 11:08PM: Maintenance is complete and all integration services are operating as expected.
