System Maintenance and Updates

Update timeline

1. scheduled Jan 12, 2015, 04:32 PM UTC

   We will be performing general system updates and maintenance to the Graphium EMR system between the hours of 8:30PM and 10:30PM (Central). This update will consist of a number of feature updates as well as general maintenance tasks related to our system infrastructure. During this time, users will not be able to login and use the Graphium EMR applications. All integration (HL7) services will return to normal once the system is restored and all queued updates will be received.    Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.

   Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

4. monitoring Jan 16, 2015, 02:54 AM UTC

   We have completed maintenance and are currently verifying that the system is functioning as expected.
