    We have identified an intermittent connection issue which is affecting certain customers. We currently believe the issue is due to a widespread service outage for Microsoft Azure. If you are having trouble connecting to Glassix via your normal login URL, please try connecting via yourworkspace.glassix.co instead as it is hosted with an alternate service provider. We are continuing to monitor the issue, please continue to follow this page for updates.

    We currently believe the issue is due to a widespread Azure service outage in the European region, where our primary servers are located. We are continuing to monitor the issue, and we recommend continuing to use the glassix.co domain for the time being as it is hosted with an alternate service provider.     Azure, one of our third-party cloud datacenter providers, has confirmed a widespread service outage. We are currently monitoring the situation, please follow along with the Azure Status Page for updates. If you are having issues connecting to Glassix with your normal URL, please use yourworkspace.glassix.co instead. This URL will connect you to our alternate servers, which are not impacted.

    Our team was notified about what appears to be a global partial outage in WhatsApp outbound message delivery. We have received numerous reports regarding the issue, and we are currently monitoring the situation. --- It does not appear that all numbers are affected, or that affected numbers are fully unable to send WhatsApp messages, but clients should expect disruption in delivering WhatsApp messages until the issue is resolved. Affected numbers will display a red "X" when attempting to deliver WhatsApp messages. Clicking this "X" and hovering over the recipient's number will display Error 1030: Internal Error.     We have identified an issue which is causing intermittently degraded performance across search bars in the Glassix Web Application, and our engineering team is currently working towards a resolution. The issue is exclusively with search functions in the agent view, all other functionality across the API, webhooks and the web application is performing as expected.     We have identified an issue causing degraded performance in the Glassix web application and we are currently working towards a resolution. The following services are impacted while we work to resolve the issue: - WhatsApp conversation statuses (sent, delivered, read) are not updating in real time - Idle bot conversations are not closing automatically In addition, any open bot conversations where the bot failed to respond will have to be restarted manually. This can be done by starting a new conversation with the bot, or by responding to the bot again. We are continuing to work to resolve the issue. Please follow this page for further updates.

    Idle bot conversations are no longer impacted and are now closing automatically again. Any idle conversations which should have been closed will be closed retroactively. The following services continue to be impacted: - WhatsApp conversation statuses (sent, delivered, read) are not updating in real time
