Some members are unable to Early repurchase their plan | 15 Aug 2025
Resolved after 5 hours 21 minutes, affecting Early repurchase, on August 15, 2025.
The fix has now been deployed successfully. Travel Add ons will no longer be influencing ERP of plans when that plan has dropped below 500mb. This member journey / experience has been successfully tested. Members needing to ERP a plan ( with a Travel Add on) will no longer experience this issue.

Summary: We have been made aware that some members are unable Early repurchase their plan once below the 500mb. Upon Investigation this appears to be impacting members that are needing to ERP but have an active Travel Add on. It seems that as the data within Travel add on (and any remaining data in their normal plan) combined is above 500mb, the option the ERP is not available.
