Start: 12/10/2026 17:08:28 Summary: There has been a recurrence or issues experienced ealier today with BV roaming sms not going out to members when roaming and the Text2Switch service for obtaining an PAC or STAC via 65075 / 75075 via SMS are both currently unavailable. (Members can still obtain PAC and STAC requests via the website and IVR).
