Resolved after 20 hours 14 minutes, affecting Password reset and Texting 43431 and 1 more, on August 18, 2025.
We recently noticed an issue where Operational SMS had been sent to some members. Our technical team has worked on the issue and are happy to confirm that the service is now operating as normal.
