We are aware of an issue impacting PAC or STAC code request via IVR line 43431 - Some members wishing to get a et a PAC or STAC code via these channels may hear an error message - Oops seems like we've got gremlins., therefore PAC or STAC code request via the IVR is unavailable Members wishing to get a PAC or STAC are still able to do so via SMS and via Web or App - members should text PAC to 65075 or STAC to 75075 to obtain the code,
