Resolved after 3 hours 19 minutes, affecting Request STAC via 75075 and Request PAC via 65075, on October 12, 2026.
We were informed of some issues with members requesting a PAC or STAC code via 65065 / 70575. This has now been resolved and members are now able to request a PAC or STAC via 65065 / 7057 again. PAC or STAC requests via giffgaff.com and phone IVR remain unaffected. Read more here
