An emergency repair to the Coda datacenter cooling system began at 2 PM on Wednesday to avoid a reoccurrence of yesterday's failure (5/26). While no outage to PACE services is currently expected, PACE has paused scheduling new jobs on Phoenix, ICE, and Firebird in case of an unexpected cooling failure during the repair. The repair was completed successfully, and job scheduling has resumed on all PACE clusters. No failure occurred, so running jobs were not disrupted. The datacenter team is monitoring the cooling system.
