Canvas Outage

   OIT has been made aware of an outage for the Canvas service. This outage is on the vendor-side as multiple institutes are reporting issues with Canvas at this time. We will provide status updates as we receive them from the vendor. The vendor's status site is viewable at: https://status.instructure.com/

   Services for Parchment Digital Badges and Transcript processing appear to be running normally at this time. We have re-enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), and users should now be able to log in with their Georgia Tech credentials. We are continuing to monitor the service's stability. For real-time updates on the underlying service provider, please visit the Instructure Status Page. We will continue to monitor the situation for the next hour. If no further issues arise, this incident will be marked as resolved.
