Please be advised that we experienced a service disruption that may have resulted in customers using certain regional datasets having blank responses returned. The list of effected datasets/territories are as follows: US, ca-cp, de-lp, gb-lp, gb-rm, in-lp, sa-lp The incident duration was between 07:36 – 08:10 BST 28/04/26 Service has since been restored and GBG Support teams are working to confirm the root cause and preventative actions. GBG would like to apologise for any impact caused whilst we worked to resolve this.
