Dear Valued Customer, Please be advised that we are experiencing an interruption with the AUSTRAC service. AUSTRAC is a secondary data source and does not affect Verify functionality or case creation. Information retrieved from the AUSTRAC service lookup provides information if the target ABN/ACN is registered to deal in funds remittance. Investigation is underway, and we will provide an update as soon as we have more information. As a manual workaround, the remitter's information can be found on this link: https://online.apps.austrac.gov.au/rsr/
