Facebook Ads - Several metrics returning 0's or inaccurate values

Meta has confirmed a known issue affecting its Insights API, which Funnel uses to retrieve Facebook Ads data. As a result, spend, impressions, and clicks may appear missing or lower than expected in Funnel, including for some historical dates. Meta’s team is working on a fix. We’re in contact with Meta through the support ticket we opened and will continue to follow up with them. We’ll share another update here as soon as we hear more, including once the affected data has been restored.

We’re aware of a current issue affecting Facebook Ads data and our team is actively investigating. What we’re seeing is that spend and impressions may appear missing or lower than expected, including for some historical dates. Other metrics such as clicks and purchases don’t appear to be affected. We’ll share an update here as soon as we have more information.
